I want to add a WebEx link to my outlook calendar invite

• Search for Cisco Webex Scheduler, then select Add

If you don’t see the option to add apps or add‑ins, your organization may restrict add‑ins. In that case, your IT administrator can deploy the Webex Scheduler add‑in across the tenant.

Step 2: Create a meeting with WebEx details

• Go to Calendar in Outlook on the web and select New event
• In the event window, choose Cisco Webex Scheduler > Add Webex Meeting
• Add meeting details and attendees, then select Send.

Once added, Outlook will automatically populate the invite with WebEx meeting information. The WebEx join link typically appears in the Location field, and additional details are included in the body of the invitation.

If you don’t see Cisco Webex Scheduler in the event window:

This usually means add‑ins are restricted by tenant policy. In this case, please contact your IT administrator and request that the Cisco Webex Scheduler add‑in be deployed organization‑wide.

To add a WebEx link to an Outlook calendar invite on the web, create the meeting in Outlook and paste the WebEx meeting URL into the body or location of the event. If automatic WebEx meeting creation from Outlook is required (for example, a “Add WebEx Meeting” button), a supported add-in must be installed on the mailbox by an IT administrator.

For Outlook on mobile (Android/iOS), creating online meetings from third-party providers such as WebEx requires:

1. The mailbox to be hosted on Microsoft 365.
2. An IT administrator to install a supported WebEx add-in to the Exchange mailbox.

Once the add-in is installed and enabled, the WebEx option appears when creating a meeting, and selecting it inserts the WebEx meeting details into the invite automatically.

If the add-in is not available, manually paste the WebEx meeting link into the meeting body or location field.
