I have run out of activations with Office LTSC Standard 2024, need help contacting support.

It is a Txxxx Canada donation

- When you received this Office LTSC Standard 2024 license were you provided with any admin account or tenant access?
- Are you currently able to log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center, or is there no admin access associated with this license?

Sorry for the delay. Yes, I have access to an admin account in the 365 admin center. I have access to downloads and keys in the "Your Products" section under billing. I had trouble with imaging/instant restore software so needed to wipe and reinstall workstations. Received error message during activation that no more activations available.

To help resolve this, the recommended approach is to contact Microsoft Volume Licensing Support so they can review your activation history and assist with increasing the activation limit or advise on alternative activation options.

You can submit a support request through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center by following these general steps:

Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using an account with Global Admin, License Admin, or Support Admin permissions.

Go to Help & Support.

Enter a query related to volume licensing

If the suggested articles do not resolve the issue, select Contact Support.

When creating the request, include details such as:

Your organization or company name

Your Volume Licensing agreement or License ID

A brief explanation (for example, frequent reinstallation or reimaging of servers)

An estimate of how many additional activations are required

A support engineer specializing in volume licensing activation can then review the request and assist accordingly.

If this Office 2024 LTSC license was purchased through a Microsoft Partner or reseller, it’s recommended to contact them first and ask if they can raise a request on your behalf. Partners often have direct channels to Microsoft Volume Licensing teams and may be able to assist more quickly.

Before submitting the ticket, make sure the Support Assistant is turned Off as several customers have reported that when the Support Assistant is enabled, the Contact Support option may not appear.

As shown in the screenshot, simply switch Support Assistant > Off, then enter your issue description. Once disabled, the Contact Support button should appear, allowing you to submit the ticket normally.

As a forum moderator, I don’t have the ability to reset, extend, or activate keys, nor can I make changes to licensing or activation limits. These actions require access to Microsoft’s internal licensing systems and must be handled directly by Microsoft Support or an authorized partner.
