Here’s a strong community post (in English) you can use on Microsoft forums or community pages explaining your issue clearly:

📌 Title:

Urgent: OneDrive Business Data Not Recoverable After Renewal – Need Help

📝 Post Content:

Hello everyone,

I am facing a serious issue with my OneDrive Business Basic account and would really appreciate any guidance or help.

Due to a medical emergency, I was unable to renew my subscription on time. Unfortunately, more than 2 months passed before I renewed it again. After renewing, I noticed that all my previous data is no longer visible.

This data is extremely important as it contains my company’s financial records and personal memories. I have already been in continuous contact with the Microsoft support team for more than 2 months, but so far, I have not received a solution or recovery option.

I would like to know:

Is there any way to recover data after this period?

Has anyone faced a similar issue and successfully recovered their data?

Is there any escalation or advanced support option available?

Please help if anyone has any information or suggestions. This is very critical for me.

Thank you in advanced

    Hi @VAIBHAV RAJPUT,

I understand that your OneDrive files has been permanently removed due to non-payment and know you would like to restore data from your OneDrive.

First of all, please help me to access the Microsoft 365 admin center and login with your Global Administrator account. Then, extend Billing and choose "Your product". Now, click on the Subscription status Filter and tick on "Deleted" and "Failed".

    User's image

Then it will show the date your subscription was deleted. If the deletion date is between April 5 and today, there’s little chance the back-end team can restore your OneDrive. In that case, you’ll need to submit a service request to Microsoft Technical Support. They can help escalate the case to the back-end team for data recovery.

You can refer to this article to have a support: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further concern.
