    Hi @Ian Roy

Based on the information you provided, I understand that your user is unable to drag and drop meetings from one calendar to another while using the latest version of Legacy Outlook for Mac. I completely understand how this can be a bit frustrating for someone who is just trying to seamlessly organize their daily schedule!

Based on my research, here is some information you can share with your user for reference.

According to official Microsoft documentation, meetings should not be stored in the "On My Computer" folders, and moving them across different calendars is actually intentionally not supported by design. To prevent syncing errors, the documentation specifically notes: "If you move a meeting from one calendar to another, the action might trigger discrepancies between your instance of the meeting and the information that the meeting organizer or other attendees have. In such a scenario, you might miss important updates sent by the meeting organizer. Hence this functionality isn't supported in Outlook for Mac."

Please refer the following document: Can't move meetings between calendars in Outlook for Mac

I hope this helps you explain the expected behavior to your user!
