If so, please recheck whether Scheduled Send Suggestions is turned on. Please note that Microsoft mentions that, in order to use scheduled send suggestions, you may need to turn off any Outlook rules that delay or defer email delivery, as these rules can conflict with the suggestion feature.
If the suggestion is enabled but the feature still does not appear, please refer to the following section in the official Microsoft documentation: Schedule send in Outlook
If everything appears to be configured correctly but the issue persists, please be aware that this feature can also be affected by administrator-level settings. In this case, you may need to contact your IT administrator to review the configuration on your behalf.
