Login Issue in my Mobile

Hi,

I am facing login in my Mobile Xiaomi 15 Pro as I am Setup Email & also entered alternate email and entered the code then Stay Sign in but error received "Unable to authenticate"

    Hello @Haroon Afzal

    May I ask if you are using Exchange or IMAP account?

    If you use Exchange, can you log in via https://outlook.office.com/? Do you use Microsoft Authenticator (MFA)?

    If you use IMAP, can you please provide your provider's name?

    Does it show any error code? If yes, please provide it.

    Hello @Haroon Afzal !

    I have had the same issue before! Usually when I have logged into my outlook email in many devices it gives me that error. Also, when I try to use a passkey that is not saved on that device. Do you have your email logged in many devices? If so, try logging out on all of them, then try again on your device. If that doesn't work, give it a 2-minute break and try a different sign-in method.
