I do not see my scheduled exams under Credentials tab in my Microsoft account. When I tried to reschedule my exam, I took me to my Microsoft account, but there is no exam seen under Credentials tab. Also,I do not see details for my previous certification achieved. Please help.

Follow these steps to troubleshoot both the missing scheduled exam and missing past certifications.

    1. Confirm the correct Learn profile and login

Most visibility issues are caused by using a different account than the one used to register or take the exam.

    • Go to the Learn Credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab
    • Sign out of all Microsoft accounts in the browser.
    • Sign back in with the account that was used when:
      • Scheduling the current exam, and
      • Taking the previous certification exam(s).
    • If there might be multiple accounts (personal Microsoft account vs work/school account), repeat the sign-in using each possible account and check the Credentials tab each time.

The “Missing Exams or Certifications” guidance explicitly calls out that multiple Learn profiles or shared computers often cause this problem and recommends trying all possible login accounts.

    1. Check for scheduled exams

Scheduled exams do not always appear as certifications; they are tied to the Learn profile used when booking.

    • On the Credentials page, open the CredentialsCertifications / Past exams sections and look for the exam.
    • If the exam was scheduled with Pearson VUE under a different Microsoft account, it will only appear when signed in with that same account.
    • If no scheduled exam appears under any of the accounts tried, the booking may not be associated with the current Learn profile and support will be required (see step 5).
    1. Check for missing past certifications

If previously earned certifications are not visible:

    • Review the credential requirements to confirm that the certification is still valid and that the required exam(s) were passed: see the certification or exam details pages from the Browse credentials entry point.
    • Confirm again that the correct Learn profile is being used:
      • The congratulations email for a passed exam is sent to the Contact Email configured in the Learn profile. This email address may differ from the sign-in account.
      • If the link in the congratulations email opens a profile that does not show the certification, that usually means the certification was earned under a different Learn profile.
    • If any exams were taken through Certiport (common for student/academic programs), those certifications do not appear in the Microsoft Learn profile. They must be managed and shared from the Certiport account instead.
    • Some older, legacy certifications have aged out of the program and no longer appear in the Learn profile; these will not be restored in the Credentials tab.
    1. Verify exam completion and score reports (for past exams)

If an exam was recently completed and the certification is missing:

    • It can take up to 24 hours for exam results to appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab.
    • To confirm that the exam result exists with Pearson VUE:
      • Sign into Learn with the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule the exam.
      • Go to Profile → Credentials → Certifications → Past exams and select View details on provider site to open the Pearson VUE dashboard.
      • On the Pearson VUE dashboard, use View Score Report to confirm that the exam is recorded.

If the score report exists at Pearson VUE but no certification appears in Learn after the expected time, support intervention is needed.

    1. When to contact support

    If, after:

    • Checking all possible Microsoft accounts,
    • Confirming credential requirements,
    • Verifying that exams were not taken via Certiport, and
    • Waiting the normal processing time for recent exams,

    you still do not see:

    • The scheduled exam under the Credentials tab, or
    • The previously earned certification(s),

then open a request with Microsoft Credentials Support so the Learn/Certification team can:

    • Check for multiple profiles,
    • Link the correct exam history to the active profile, and
    • Investigate any missing scheduled exam appointments.

The “Missing Exams or Certifications” article explicitly directs users with unresolved missing credentials issues to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for additional assistance.
