How can I ask for an extension to a MS Certification exam voucher?

Voucher expiration extensions are not permitted. Voucher terms explicitly state that the voucher code must be redeemed and the exam taken before the expiration date and that voucher expiration extensions are not allowed. If the voucher is tied to a specific event or program, the dates are fixed and cannot be changed.

If there are issues redeeming or scheduling within the allowed window (for example, technical problems on Pearson VUE), support options depend on the program that issued the voucher:

• For general Microsoft exam vouchers redeemed through Pearson VUE, use the standard registration process and apply the voucher during checkout. If there are technical issues redeeming the voucher, contact Pearson VUE support as indicated in the exam program documentation.
• For event- or sweepstakes-based vouchers (such as those delivered by MindHub Pro / Pearson VUE), the instructions typically direct users to contact ******@pearson.com for redemption issues only; they still cannot extend the voucher beyond the stated expiration.

Because extensions are not allowed, the only available options are:

1. Schedule and take the exams before the voucher’s “schedule by” and “take by” dates; or
2. Let the vouchers expire unused if those dates cannot be met.
