My DP-700 certificate is not shown yet

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab especially over the weekend. What you need to check and then do is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

The DP-700 exam result and associated certification can take some time to appear in the Certifications/Credentials section of the Microsoft Learn profile and on the transcript. If the exam was passed only today, wait up to 24 hours for the result and certification to synchronize to the Learn profile.

If, after that time, the DP-700 certification still does not appear:

1. Confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and verify that the account used is the same one used when registering for and taking the DP-700 exam.
   • If multiple Microsoft accounts exist (work, school, personal), sign out and try each one to see which profile shows the exam and certification.
   • If a congratulations email was received, ensure the Learn profile being checked matches the email address listed as the Contact Email in that profile.
2. Verify that the certification has been earned
   • Review the DP-700 certification requirements on the certification or exam details pages to confirm that passing this exam grants the intended certification.
3. Check the Certifications/Transcript area correctly
   • Go to the Certification Dashboard as described in the documentation and use the “View Certificates” and “View Transcript” options to see whether the DP-700 certification and certificate are listed there.
4. If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support
   • Use the dedicated credentials support channel to open a support request so the team can check the exam delivery, profile linkage, and certification issuance.
