Xbox monthly subscription charges on Credit Card

I have multiple Xbox subscription charges being taken from my bank account. I have checked all the microsoft accounts linked to me and I do not have any subscriptions listed. My son did delete an account he had on an Xbox he sold so I'm not sure if that is what the charges are for. How do I get the monthly charges cancelled without having a subscription on my active accounts?
