How to add a new member to the Group that I created

I'm unable to add any new members to the group that I have created - @IndiaQALeadership.

I'm getting an error that states "Parsing of response content failed in Api operations". Please help.

Need to add "[Moderator note: personal info removed]@gehealthcare.com" to this group.

There is no specific fix for this error in the provided material, but the supported way to work around add-member issues is to invite the person via a share link instead of adding them directly.

To proceed, create and send a share link for the group so the user can join themselves:

Open the group where the new member should be added.
Create a share link for the group and send it to the intended member (for example, via email).
Ask the user to open the link and join the group.

If errors persist even with a share link, contact support or post in the appropriate community forum for further investigation, as the issue is likely service-side.

This doesn't help. I'm unable to change the setting of the group to create any 'share link.

I'm getting this error "We are experiencing an issue with our server, please try submitting your request at a later time." Have tried multiple times since 1 week, it is not updating.

Based on what you posted, may I confirm whether you are encountering this error when clicking on "Add Members" in the new Outlook, as shown in this image?

I have looked into this error and gathered several troubleshooting steps that you can try to see if they work in your case:

1/ Switch browser or use InPrivate/Incognito mode

2/ Try adding members from a different interface

If you were using:

Teams app -> try Teams on the web (https://teams.microsoft.com/ )
Outlook -> try Outlook on the web (https://outlook.office365.com/ )
Microsoft Admin Center -> try "Teams & groups" > "Active teams and groups"
