There are several reasons a payment method might not be valid for your account. Some MasterCard-branded credit cards require a PIN entry, which Microsoft Advertising does not support. If your card requires a PIN, you will need to use another card. Additionally, payment methods may be listed as "Other Payment Methods" if they are not valid for your account due to account type, currency, or country restrictions. Only users with full permissions (Super Admins) can add, edit, or delete a payment method. If you continue to have issues, check that your card is authorized for online purchases and automatic billing, and ensure your account settings and customer location are acceptable for the payment method.
