Request for Refund

I am requesting a refund for an accidental purchase. I did not intend to renew this subscription, but it was auto deducted from my debit card before I could remove it from my Play store setting. I will not be using the service, and I am requesting a full refund for the unintentional charge.

For a Microsoft 365 subscription that was purchased through the Google Play Store, the refund must be requested from Google, not Microsoft.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Because the charge came via Play Store, contact Google Play support for the refund request. Their policies and process are described here: Learn about Google Play refund policies.
    2. If you also want to stop future renewals, open the Google Play Store app, go to your subscriptions, and cancel the Microsoft 365 (or other Microsoft) subscription there.

Microsoft cannot cancel or refund subscriptions that were purchased through third-party retailers such as Google Play; all refund requests must go through that retailer.
