    • When you say “academy session process is not moving forward,” do you mean an “academic session” in Microsoft 365 Education / School Data Sync, or a different portal/process?
    • In which system or portal is the school name not showing? (For example: SDS portal, Microsoft 365 admin center, Teams for Education, Intune for Education, or another education portal.)
    • Do you see any error or warning messages? If yes, please share the exact wording or a screenshot of the error message.
    • When did the issue start, and did anything change before it began (new sync setup, source data update, tenant change, licensing change)?
