From my experience and after testing this scenario in my own environment, you may try restoring the meeting via Outlook on the web. Please navigate to Deleted Items, locate the deleted meeting, right‑click on it, and select Restore. After restoring, kindly check whether the meeting reappears on your calendar and if it is successfully reinstated.
