We are an orphaned tenant - our Global Administrator has died

THIS IS VERY URGENT, PLEASE HELP.

I am Tim Myerson (Technical Management) see first attachment [Moderator note: personal info removed]

I am also the ISP that both provides and hosting the domain [Moderator note: personal info removed] and have full root level access.

I have attempted to follow the instructions shown in this screenshot, obtained by searching for instructions on how to achieve the required change: Screenshot 2026-03-09 at 16.44.40.png BUT YOUR AI CHAT BOT WILL NOT CONNECT ME . I am asked why I'm calling and I sate clearly "I need to speak to the Data Protection Team regarding an orphaned tenant. Our only Global Administrator has passed away, and we are locked out", it repeats the question three times and then informs me that 'only a Global Administrator' can use this process ...

YOUR URGENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS TICKET AND EXPEDITED ASSISTANCE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
