How to fix office installation on laptop if installed all Outlook 365 Suite on phone (android) first

Hi,

Could you please let me know if I could install outlook 365 on laptop if first installed on phone? I am unable to see desktop applications like Word, Excel and PPTX, and only on cloud/browser it is available. Thank you in advance,

    Hi, which version of Microsoft 365 do you have?

    See if you can sign in with the Microsoft on the laptop Account at: https://account.microsoft.com/services If you can see Microsoft 365 Personal/Family or Basic, you should be able to install it.

    The specific product name is relevant here. Microsoft 365 Basic will not let you install on a PC (or Mac), but Microsoft 365 Personal, Family or Premium will allow for multiple devices (mobile devices as well as laptops and desktops).

    • I saw that you posted your question under the Business category so to better support you, could you confirm what Microsoft 365 license you're using right now? 
    • If you’re using a Microsoft 365 business/work account, you can check your subscription by signing in at https://portal.office.com/account > Subscriptions. 
    • If you’re using a personal Microsoft account, please check your subscription by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/services > Services & subscriptions.
