Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
To turn off the spelling and grammar dialog box in Outlook, you can adjust the settings in the following way:
- Open Outlook and go to the File tab.
- Select Options.
- In the Outlook Options dialog, click on Mail.
- Scroll down to the Editor Options section and click on Editor Options.
- In the Editor Options dialog, go to the Proofing section.
- Uncheck the options for Check spelling as you type and Mark grammar errors as you type.
- Click OK to save your changes.
This should help prevent the spelling and grammar dialog box from appearing when you send emails.
