My Mail Suite (https://mailsuite.com/en/?redirect=0) and Yesware (https://app.yesware.com/users/sign_in) accounts are not integrating with my outlook. I would appreciate your help and guidance. Thanks!

    Hi @Jason Melser

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To help me better understand your situation, may I clarify some points?

First, when you mention that the add‑in does not integrate with Outlook, could you share whether you are unable to add it to Outlook at all, or if you can add it but it stops working afterward?

Additionally, please verify whether the web add‑ins have been added in the classic Outlook desktop app, please follow this path:  File > Info > Manage Add‑ins
    User's image

This will open the Add‑ins page in Outlook on the web. Once there, please confirm whether the add‑in appears under My add‑ins.

If it does, you may try removing it and then adding it again to refresh the setup.

Based on my personal experience, after an add‑in is enabled in Outlook on the web, the classic Outlook desktop application may take some time to synchronize these changes. In certain cases, this process can take up to 24 hours. Because of this, it is important to make sure the add‑in continues functioning properly in Outlook on the web during this period.

If you encounter any error messages when adding the add‑in or while using it, please feel free to share them with me through the private message.

Please check your inbox for an email with the subject “New private message on Microsoft Q&A question” to review my response.

If I’ve misunderstood any part of your situation, or if you have further questions or updates, please don’t hesitate to reply.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

To troubleshoot the integration issues with Mail Suite and Yesware in Outlook, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Check Compatibility: Ensure that both Mail Suite and Yesware are compatible with your version of Outlook. Sometimes, updates or specific versions may cause integration issues.
    2. Reinstall Add-ins: If you have installed add-ins for Mail Suite and Yesware, try uninstalling and then reinstalling them. This can often resolve integration problems.
    3. Update Outlook: Make sure your Outlook application is up to date. Updates often include fixes for bugs that may affect add-in performance.
    4. Check Settings: Verify that the settings for both Mail Suite and Yesware are correctly configured within Outlook. This includes checking any account settings and permissions.
    5. Disable Conflicting Add-ins: Sometimes, other add-ins can conflict with Mail Suite or Yesware. Try disabling other add-ins to see if that resolves the issue.
    6. Antivirus Software: If you have antivirus software, ensure that it is not blocking the integration. You may need to adjust settings or temporarily disable the antivirus to test this.
    7. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to the support teams for Mail Suite and Yesware for further assistance. They may have specific troubleshooting steps or updates regarding integration issues.

These steps should help you identify and resolve the integration issues you are experiencing with Outlook.
