Have spent hours trying to add funds to my ad account. I set it up today, have tried multiple cards, high street banks and online banks, all go through a successful 3d secure process, all authorised by the banks. Microsoft then sends a message saying the bank has declined the payment. All the banks have said they have not declined the payment and the problem is with microsoft.

At wits end.

Any support would be appreciated. I never knew placing an ad would be so difficult.
