I am British and travelling in Zimbabwe and cannot resubscribe to Microsoft 365.

I am travelling and cannot resubscribe to Microsoft 365. I am British and in Zimbabwe - but it's blocking me from re-subscribing. Any advice?

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum

    I can see that you are traveling to Zimbabwe and can't resubscribe to Microsoft 365

    This happen because Microsoft detects the location not matching your account region and blocks the transaction, even if your account is British and your payment card is valid.

    Here is what you can do:

    You can ask a trusted friend or acquaintance in the UK to sign in to your Microsoft account and renew from there.

    If you need further assistance, you can also contact Microsoft Support chat about this issue:

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support 
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below. 
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account. 
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Manage my Subscription" as the category, and click to confirm 
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
