By clicking on the folders placed in "My Files" on OneDrive using a web browser nothing happens. Another found way to access the files is to use the search bar. Once a folder has been opened by this way, the problem disappears.

    Hello Nam-D,

Thank you for your answer and these information.

I encounter the problem working on private and company devices. I generally use private web windows and It started two years ago I think. A pop-up occurs for a few months asking me to log in although it is already done. Both problems seem to happen when I try to access my files a few seconds only after the login process.

I stay at your disposal for further information and wish you a pleasant day.

    Sincerly,

    hdf

    Hello @hdf,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the information you provided, it appears that you are experiencing a OneDrive sync issue where the local synced data is different from what you see on the OneDrive web version.

To assist you better, could you please help confirm the following:

    • When the issue occurs, does OneDrive show that it is fully synced, or do you see any error or syncing icons? You can refer to this article to check the meaning of each icon: What do the OneDrive icons mean? – Microsoft Support)
    • Do you have any third‑party applications running in the background, such as a VPN, firewall, or antivirus? If yes, please try disabling them temporarily to see if the issue improves.
    • Please check your OneDrive web version using an InPrivate (Edge) or Incognito (Chrome) window and let me know if the same issue appears.
    • Before proceeding further, please back up all your local OneDrive folders. After that, kindly reset OneDrive using the steps in this article: Reset OneDrive – Microsoft Support.
    • Could you let me know when this issue first started? Also, are you using a company device or a personal device when the issue occurs?

Please feel free to update me once you have this information so I can assist you further.
