I am stuck logged into a child's account

I am stuck logged into an account that is registered as a child, I made it but I can't log out, I can't log into the parent account either cause I don't have access to the email or phone number anymore, I don't even know which email it's connected too, I've tried everything cause I'm stuck with some family feature thing that I don't know how to work, and it's impossible to log out of the child account cause I need to ask an adult for it, but the only adult account connected, is an account I don't have access to.

Please help, I am stressed and I don't know what to do

    If you no longer have access to the adult account, then you will need to try and recover the account using the Microsoft account recovery form here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2288285

    Please make sure you include as much information as possible, to prove you are the account owner. This way, the account recovery team can prove you are the owner. They will then be able to send you a password reset link for that account.
