How to change Sender's Name on Teams published webinar

Hello

Fingers crossed someone is able to help and support and find an answer.

We have been using Teams for webinars, and it appears all of a sudden that we are unable to change the Sender's Name box for our webinars.

These webinar's are published, and we have been able to change them previously, but following a Teams update last night, the Sender's Name box is now greyed out!

Are we now unable to change the sender's name on a published webinar? Or is this something else causing the issue?

Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Thank you

    Thank you for responding.

I can confirm it is happening on both the webpage and within Teams itself.

Here is a snippet from the Webinar within the Teams app:

I am also the organiser of the webinar as well.

    Thank you

    Hello @Ben Hickman

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

To ensure I fully understand the issue you’re experiencing, I’d like to confirm a few details:

1/ May I confirm whether the "Sender's Name" box you mentioned after the public site is the one I pointed out in this image?

If not, you can send me a screenshot or describe more about this issue so I can understand your needs better for further assistance.

2/ What is your role in this Teams Webinar (Organizer, Co‑organizer, Presenter, Attendee)?

Our first response may not fully resolve the issue, but with your input and detailed answers to follow-up questions, we can work together to find the root cause and a solution.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
