Family Safety giving error when trying to manage screentime

Family Safety is typically a reliable way for me to manage screentime for my children, but it has suddenly started giving me errors when trying to manage screentime and when granting access to sites and more time for apps. I can login to Family Safety just fine and I can see all of my children and their devices, but when I try to change their screentime settings or approve grants for more time I get one of 2 error messages--Oops something has gone wrong, wait and try again or It's not you it's us, try again later. When I'm on a browser I also get the error TraceID: [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]

I have tried removing consent for my children, removing them from my family, and re-adding them again with consent, but the issue remains. I get the error on both my Android phone Family Safety app and an Edge browser on a Windows laptop. For now my children are back on Family safety with no screentime limits and it is causing a huge problem. I have no idea what to try next to resolve the issue.
