Hello, I purchased an annual subscription for this app, but the ads banner haven't disappeared. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, logged in with another account, and purchased it again, but the problem persists. My purchase appears in the subscriptions section of my account. When I try to purchase it again, I get the warning “It appears you already have this.” How can I resolve this issue?
