I am trying to book for an Azure certification and my name is not corect I would like to update my Legal name but it didn't save it. How I would update it? My name name and last name.

I am trying to book an Azure Certificaion exam and my name is not correct there. So i tried to update at my microsoft user settings - Legal name for certification exam. But it didn't save. I did several times. Still didn't work.

    I connect with Microsoft support they told me to connect with Azure but,I didn't able to submit a ticket or find live chat support.
