Hello,

I took CIS114DE and there was an excel credential that we could add to our resume if we did the try it out things for all the chapters we talked about. Do you guys know anything about that? And how do I find out that I did or didn't get it?

Thanks,

Steph

It sounds like you may be referring to a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification related to Excel. If you completed the required activities in your course, you might be eligible for this certification. To find out if you received the credential, you should check with your course instructor or the institution where you took the course. They should have records of your completion and any certifications awarded.

If you are looking to earn a certification, you can consider the following options:

    • Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel (Office 2016)
    • Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate (Office 2019)
    • Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate (Microsoft 365 Apps)

Each of these certifications has specific exams that you need to pass to earn the credential. You can find more details about these certifications and their requirements on the Microsoft certification website.
