HI Team, I have registered for the AZ-104 exam this Friday, I just noticed that my exam Appointment notice has spelled my Last name incorrectly. I then noted that my Microsoft Account had my legal last name misspelled.
I have filed an Support Ticket, but Im worried it might not be looked at by my exam date.
Can someone please help update my legal name on my Microsoft Account? Thank you!
You need to have your Legal name correct on your Microsoft Learn profile

I have filed a ticket with support, but I saw that it had a "Severity: C - Minimal" by default, and I have no way of updating it. I can't seem to call in and talk to an actual person about the ticket either. So just was reaching out here in case someone can help due to the urgency of my request. Thanks!
There is no phone, email, or chat support, and no way to escalate.
