I cannot receive OTP to my email account

I have previously had no problem receiving an OTP from a video creation platform that I have a subscription with. The platform sends an OTP to my email to login to my account. After months of this working suddenly I am not receiving the OPTs. Anyone else experience this? If so what is the solutuion? thanks

    Hi Loretta,

    could you check your account settings under the email section and make sure the video creation platform is added to your safe senders list. Sometimes OTP messages get pushed into Junk, Spam, or the ‘Other’ tab when Focused Inbox filters them.
