Hi , Welcome to MS Q&A
I think , 52.103.10.54 belongs to Microsoft Corporation (Azure infrastructure). It’s part of the IP ranges used by Microsoft services such as Exchange Online, Outlook, and VPN Gateway. This means the email likely came through Microsoft’s cloud services, but the IP itself only tells you the server that relayed the message, not the individual sender.
Also Only Microsoft and law enforcement can trace the actual sender behind that IP, because they have access to logs and account information. As an end user, you won’t be able to map 52.103.10.54 to a specific person.
Kindly check and let us know if any ques.
Thanks
