Hi محمد نصر
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft QnA
If you already had a Microsoft 365 subscription and did not purchase it from the iOS app, you can manage it at: https://account.microsoft.com/services
If you purchased a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription from the iOS app, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Microsoft 365 subscriptions purchased from the app will be charged to your iTunes account and will automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renewal is disabled beforehand.
here are some steps I recommend you try to narrow the issue:
Step 1: Identify Which Account You Use
- open Word or Excel > go to File > Account.
- Check the Signed-in account and the Product Information section. This shows which subscription or license is active.
Step 2: Review All Subscriptions Linked to Your Microsoft Account
- Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services using the account shown in Step 1.
- You’ll see:
- Active subscriptions (e.g., Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Business).
- One-time purchases (e.g., Office Professional 2021/2024).
- Repeat this for any other Microsoft accounts you might have used.
- For reference: Billing & payments and Where can I manage my Microsoft 365 subscription?
- Active subscriptions (e.g., Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Business).
Step 3: Cancel or Consolidate
- If you find duplicate subscriptions:
- Decide which one you want to keep.
- Click Manage > Cancel subscription for the extra one.
- To cancel Microsoft subscriptions, please follow the instructions here: Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription and Cancel other Microsoft subscription
Step 4: Check Billing
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to confirm charges and dates.
- If you see overlapping charges, you can request a refund for unused time after canceling.
- To review subscription purchases, and track orders, please sign in to the order history page on your Microsoft account dashboard. For more information: View your Microsoft Store order history
Tips:
- Make sure you sign in with the account you used to make the purchase.
- If you didn't sign in and used Guest Checkout when you created your order, use the Guest Order Lookup instead.
