Unable to upload overseas photos to One Drive (local pics are OK)

Hi!

I have a Samsung S22 mobile and a Lenovo all in one PC. I usually connect the mobile to the PC via a USB cable and upload photos every now and again (I know it can be automated, but stay with me). I have successfully uploaded MANY THOUSANDS of photos over the years with the same mobile and the same PC, taken locally and overseas. But photos taken this year on 2 overseas trips are not recognised by File Manager on my mobile and I can't upload them to One Drive. Other photos are OK, the last ones uploaded 1/2 hour ago. I have contacted Samsung and they told me to check with Microsoft.

Has this happened to others? Any tips?
