Forgot admin account password and do not have a reset disc…help

I forgot my admin account password and pin and cannot login to it. Ive tried going in to command prompt but everything says that i must run it as an administrator but i cant because i dont know my administrator password. Ive also tried resetting my pc entirely but it keeps saying that the reset was failed and nothing was changed. I tried resetting the password thru reset wizard but i dont have a reset disc already made so i am not able to do that. I cannot find any other ways to reset the password besides thru command prompt, which i can’t do since i cant run it as an administrator without the password. is there any other way?

2025-11-26T03:46:01.3666667+00:00 I’ve also tried creating a windows 10 installation media on a usb drive or whatever but it says “do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?” and asks me to insert the password to the account which i forgot the password…

I'm afraid that there is no legal way to bypass the administrator password. If that admin account is the only available account and you forgot the password, the only option is to perform a clean install with a bootable USB or CD. Your files in System Drive (Usually C: ) will be wiped out but you can keep the files in other drives like D: and E: if available.
