MFA SMS delivery issues

Hello,

we are using MS entra ID to authenticate users in our application. Some accounts use SMS and some MS Authenticator for MFA.
MFA with SMS token fails because user does not get the SMS message. When we check sign-in Logs in entra portal we see "Multi-factor authentication method is blocked." as failure reason.

In the past we had issue like this because MS blocked SMS delivery to our country (Slovenia, phone numbers starting with +386). MS support then re-enabled SMS delivery for out tenant.

Can you please check if there is the same issue again.
