How to fix open Virus & threat protection, error "Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access i not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information" | "Standard hardware security not supported"

When i try to open Virus & threat protection, it says "Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app". "Also showing Standard hardware security not supported". I tried to find a solution but none of them worked, i tried deleting other accounts, i deleted 3rd party anti-virus and i tried using cmd and none of them worked. So if you got a different way to fix it, please help me. Thank you.

I followed this guide section "Fix 5. Take SecurityHealth Folder ownership" problem was solved.
