Dear @Daniel A Johnson,

Based on your description, I sincerely empathize with your feeling. In case you want your OneDrive account wiped or fully reset so you can start fresh and restore normal functionality.
At first, you can contact to your IT/admin of your school so they can help you to wipe out your OneDrive. Admins can delete and recreate a OneDrive site, but that’s typically guarded by retention policies, legal holds, or institutional data governance. If a legal/retention policy is active, deletion will be blocked until the policy is adjusted. (This is why you’ve likely been told to “reset” locally rather than change the site.)
If policy allows, they can export/archive the GCU Lacrosse videos to a governed SharePoint library, then purge your OneDrive (including both recycle bins) to free space.
Important: please download or backup all your data, files or items, because once you wipe out, reset your OneDrive, all data will be deleted.
In the meantime, Microsoft 365 Education uses shared storage pools across OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange. Even if individual users have space, shared usage can cause you to reach your tenant-wide limit.
