Hi Susan Mackie, thanks for sharing the details. If you’re unable to sign in to Microsoft apps on your new Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, here are a few steps to try:

First, make sure your phone’s date, time, and region settings are correct incorrect settings can block sign-in.

Second, update the Microsoft apps and your phone’s system software to the latest version.

Third, clear the app cache and data for the affected Microsoft apps under Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear cache & Clear data, then restart the phone.

Next, check if you have two-factor authentication enabled. If so, ensure you’re using the correct verification method or app (like Microsoft Authenticator).

Last, if the issue persists, remove and re-add your Microsoft account under Settings > Accounts, or try signing in via a browser to confirm your credentials work.

Are you seeing any error messages when you try to sign in? That will help narrow down the cause.

If this helps, please mark the answer as accepted so others can find it too.

    -Carl
