Dear @Lokesh-Matrix,
Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!
For your situation, I will explain detail to you can clarify:
Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook are managed by specific organizations (called tenants).
- You're trying to use Outlook that belongs to P******* S*******, but you're signing in with an account from M******* P*******.
- Since your account is not recognized by Percept’s system either as an internal user or a guest, access is denied.
So, if you want to be able to sign in and use Outlook, you’ll need to contact their IT administrator from PSP Ltd and ask them to add your account (@matr....-proc......com) as an external (guest) user in their Microsoft 365 environment.
- You go to Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
- Then you go to Users => New user => Invite external user
- Please enter the guest’s email address => (Optional) Add a display name => Send the invitation
- You will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. Once accepted, his account will be added to the tenant as a guest.
- On the IT admin side, the guest’s email address will appear in the user list with the user type marked as "Guest".

Once again, thank you again for raising this issue; it’s helped broaden my understanding. I hope you understand that I want to help as much as I can within the scope of this forum.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
