I have a domain for Microsoft for Nonprofits, BUT it won't allow me to authorize and continue

I have previously purchased Office from Tech Soup. I have a domain name which I used with VLS, but now apparently VLS is not used and when I go to Connect to Microsoft for Nonprofits, it recognizes my domain. But that's as far as I can get. Step 2 to authorize Tech Soup, it tell me I must be a global admin to authorize tech soup. I can't get help, can't find a number to call, can't find chat support. This is very frustrating. I need to order some more licenses and use a couple I've already purchased, but you guys aren't helpful. I see why more people are using Google docs, BUT I don't want to, I want to use my microsoft office. Please help me!
