I have been charged for a Service(azure) and was unaware of and need to cancel and get reiumbursement. I am unable to access my Portal space due to inactivity but I'm still getting charged. I call support and get directed to help.microsoft.com. I cannot get any help, what are my next steps? Please advise,

    Need to contact support to remove credit card from being charged. Not able to access portal or submit tkt for assistance. Need email or number to contact.
