    Dear @Sonali Parkar

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

There is any notification when you cannot log in in VUE?

Besides that, here are some information for your concern:

    1. Official Microsoft Process

Sign in with the same account you used to register for the exam.

    Register and schedule an exam

    2. Locate Your Exam Appointment

    • In your profile, go to Certifications → find your AZ-104 exam.
    • Click Reschedule. This will redirect you to Pearson VUE.

    3. Follow Pearson VUE Steps

    • On Pearson VUE’s site, select a new date/time.
    • You must reschedule at least 24 hours before the exam to avoid penalties. Some policies require 48 hours for certain programs

    Reschedule and cancellation policies

    If Pearson VUE Login Fails

    • Clear browser cache or try a different browser.
    • Use direct Pearson VUE page
    • If still not working, contact Pearson VUE support or use their chat option for faster help. How to contact support

I hope information above helpful, if you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out
