Hi Shay Butran If your agent works fine in Teams but doesn’t accept images in M365 Copilot chat, it’s usually because image/file upload isn’t enabled or the channel doesn’t support it yet. In Copilot Studio, go to your agent’s Settings → File/Image input (File processing) and turn on the option that allows users to upload files or images, then republish the agent. Also, make sure the file type and size are supported (JPG, PNG, non-animated GIF, under the allowed MB limit). Keep in mind that M365 Copilot chat doesn’t always show the “Add content” button for images, since some upload features are still in preview or can be restricted by tenant policies. If uploads still don’t work, a common workaround is to let users share the image via a SharePoint/OneDrive link so your agent can access it.
