1/ Is this affecting all emails or only specific senders/recipients?
Are both sending and receiving delayed, or just one?
2/ When did the issue start?
Is it happening consistently or intermittently?
3/ Are you using Outlook with an Exchange account, Microsoft 365, or another provider?
Is this happening on one device or multiple?
4/ Are there any noticeable delays in other apps or internet connectivity?
Are you seeing any error messages or sync warnings?
5/ Have you tried restarting Outlook or the device?
Have you checked for pending updates or run a repair?
