Microsoft ESI discount for certification

Hello Team,

My organization is a Microsoft partner and I have linked my organization ID with my MS learn ID around 2 years back. Hence, I am able to get 50% certification ESI discount. However, One of my team members has recently linked his organization ID to his MS learning portal ID and is not able to get 50% certification ESI discount.

Please help with details on what are the criteria to be eligible for ESI discount for MS certification.
