Hi @Bill Bascom,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Community.
In classic outlook there are two ways to access emails older than 12 months:
Option 1: Change Sync Settings
- Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- Select your email account and click Change.
- Adjust the "Mail to keep offline" slider to "All".
- Click Next, then Finish.
- Restart Outlook.
Option 2: Use a Search Folder for Old Mail
- In the left pane, click the arrow to open folder lists and scroll to Search Folders.
- Right-click it and choose New Search Folder.
- Scroll down and select Old Mail, then click Choose.
- Set the age (e.g., older than 12 months), then click OK.
- A new folder will appear showing all emails older than the selected range.
