Unable to Complete Partner Center Registration for Microsoft Edge Developer Account

Hello,
I have created a Microsoft Account (MSA) following the official Microsoft Edge developer account registration guide. However, when I try to access the Partner Center to complete my developer registration for Microsoft Edge extensions, I encounter an error and cannot proceed. The registration page at https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/registration/AccountInfo?accountProgram=MSEdgeAddons fails to load correctly or shows an error message.
I have tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, and confirmed my MSA status, but the issue persists.
