I have been using "Class Notebook" on onenote.com for the last 1.5 years.

Now, when I go to "Distribute Page" the panel says, "Uh Oh! It looks like something went wrong!".

The report button does absolutely nothing. Any advice?

Hi @Brad Aitken

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, I understand that you're experiencing a "Uh Oh! It looks like something went wrong!" error when trying to use the "Distribute Page" feature on OneNote.com, and the "Report" button is not working.

To help me troubleshoot this issue, could you please try the following steps?

  • Test with an incognito or private browser window. Please open OneNote in an incognito or private Browse window and see if the issue persists. If it doesn't, clearing your current browser's cache and cookies might resolve the problem.
  • Try a different web browser. Could you try distributing a page using a different web browser? This will help us determine if the issue is specific to your current browser.
  • Use the OneNote desktop app. If you have the OneNote desktop application installed, please try using the "Distribute Page" feature there to see if it works as expected.
  • Do your colleagues have similar issues?
  • Submit a manual report. Since the "Report" button isn't working, you can try submitting feedback manually. Click on the Help button (next to the Class Notebook tab), then select the Give feedback to Microsoft > Report a problem to send feedback directly to Microsoft.

Please let me know the results of these steps. Your feedback will be very helpful in narrowing down the cause of this problem.

Looking forward to your reply!
