After researching, I found that Viva Amplify is starting to support themes and fonts from SharePoint’s Brand Center, allowing for consistent branding across campaigns. While themes are applied automatically, overriding them requires deployment at the endpoint level. As a result, even if a theme is available, applying it to a campaign is still subject to SharePoint configuration and administrative permissions.
We completely understand how valuable these enhancements would be for users, and we kindly encourage you to submit your feedback to Microsoft through the Ideas · Community. User feedback can occasionally influence future updates and feature enhancements.
Since I’m not very familiar with the Viva amplify environment and want to avoid providing an incorrect solution, I recommend you start a new thread in Microsoft Viva Community for more guidance from experts in that area.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
