Viva Pulse Survey Link Not Working

I created a Viva Pulse survey, sent it to the appropriate DL at my company, and then copied the link to provide in an internal communication. I am getting reports that the link works for some people but does not work for others. They have tried multiple browsers, off and on VPN. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

    Hi @Shannon Ratcliff

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum

I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble some colleagues are experiencing with accessing your Viva Pulse survey link.

When a Viva Pulse survey is sent to a specific distribution list (DL), access to the survey link is restricted to members of that DL. If the same link is then shared more broadly, such as through Teams, those who are not included in the original DL will encounter an error or access denied message when trying to open it.

Please verify whether all intended recipients are members of the distribution list (DL). If not, please consider adding them to the DL or regenerating a new survey link that includes the correct permissions, and then share it again. User's image

    I hope this helps.

If you have further concerns, please feel free to reach me out.
